TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PRICES: Prices are subject to change for Holidays and local special events as determined by the golf course(s) and/or hotel(s).
2. DEPOSIT: A deposit in the amount of $50 per person per getaway is required to confirm your reservations.
3. BALANCE DUE: The balance for the entire getaway is due 30 days prior to your date of arrival. If balance of payments is not received as required, the reservation may be canceled. A $50 per person cancellation fee will be imposed. Receipt of your payment 30 days prior to arrival, will help insure that your getaway with all vouchers, maps, starting time, discount cards, etc. will be delivered to your mailing address at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If your getaway is booked less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
4. METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, US currency in the form of money orders and cashier's checks. All payments are made payable to Golf Central Michigan.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Any golf getaway may be canceled up to fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival. A $50 per-person cancellation fee will be imposed. Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival will be assessed 100% of all Monies collected. All cancellations must be received in the Golf Central Michigan office in writing 48 hours after the initial notification by phone to receive any refund. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the getaway once any part is used.
6. CHANGE POLICY: Once tee time reservations have been confirmed, a $5 change fee will be assessed per tee time and/or course selections change requested by the client. If vouchers have been issued, a $25 fee will be assessed per tee time and/or course selection change requested by client. A new voucher will be issued upon surrender of old voucher.
7. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Defined as rain, lightning, freezing temperatures. If the golf course closes on the day of your scheduled play due to inclement weather, please have the golf professional at that course sign the unused voucher and fax a copy to Golf Central Michigan. Once a voucher is redeemed at the golf course, Golf Central Michigan guarantees full payment to the course. Please refer to the courses' inclement weather policy if play has already started.
8. UNLIMITED GREEN FEES: Golfers who want to take advantage of the unlimited green fees opportunity, as set forth in the Golf Central Michigan brochure, must arrange tee times at the time of booking with cart payment due to the course on the day of play. This unlimited golf is only available at the same course on the same day.
9. REPLAY: (Available Monday - Thursday only) Golfers who want to take advantage of the replay opportunity, as set forth in the Golf Central Michigan brochure, must arrange tee times at the time of booking and are subject to a nonrefundable fee paid to Golf Central Michigan. This replay fee is only available at the same course on the same day.
10. DRESS CODE: Please contact desired golf course for their dress code. A Golf Central Michigan representative may also help you with this information. Many courses are spikeless; all require shoes and shirts.
11. Non-golfing riders will be charged a cart fee at the course.
12. RESPONSIBILITY: Golf Central Michigan is a program of the Mount Pleasant Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (MPCVB). The MPCVB cannot guarantee accuracy or be held responsible for omissions or errors. This information is subject to change without notice. Participants should note that the suppliers providing accommodations, restaurants and golfing are independent contractors, not agents or employees of the MPCVB. Moreover, by utilizing the services of Golf Central Michigan, both the suppliers and participants are agreeing that the MPCVB shall not be liable for any accident, loss, injury or damage to you in connection with any accommodations, restaurants and golf courses or other services included in the getaway. MPCVB has added a surcharge to all getaways sold. All getaway vouchers and discount cards expire December 1, 2007.
